    Sat in the drive thru for well over 30 minutes today. But once you are in the line you are stuck there and just have to wait it out. And it wasn’t even worth it. Sandwich was awful too. Wilted lettuce and no condiments. I understand lunch rush hours…but it’s SANDWICHES… $13.99 for a nasty sandwich and long wait ? No thanks.

    Jimmy John’s on Essen Lane was an okay experience. The atmosphere is fun, with lots of wall art and posters. The sandwiches we had were good, but not outstanding. This is a counter service restaurant so service is hard to rate. The staff were polite but not very outgoing or overly friendly. Okay for fast food.
