Last night between 730pm and 900pm on 01/25/26 me and my fiancé walked into the establishment and it was a young man and two young ladies we asked the young man was they closed because they had racks of bread in view and they were cleaning up and he didn’t turn any answer and we asked again and he didn’t answer the second time but the young ladies spoke so yes I immediately got irritated and asked the young man was he good because my finance asked a question and you ignored him he answered this time I am big on respect and good customer service if he was having a bad day he should have went home or stayed home some people don’t need to interact with the public if they don’t have good communication skills
TRUST ME I WONT BE PATRONIZING ANY OTHER ESTABLISHMENT NO MATTER WHERE EVER IT IS

I asked for my sandwich toasted and cut in half, which is shown on the receipt, yet they did neither. I was also charged for a coke I did not order. Usually JJs is on top of it but the staff at this location are rude and clearly don’t care about fulfilling simple requests.

Most far the best Jimmy John’s I’ve visited. The service and food is always delicious, and fresh. The whole Team is awesome! Cashier Ed & Caylan are always a treat!
