  Wonderful experience! Drinks were top teir and food cooked to perfection! I had the BONE-IN Ribeye along with asparagus and potatoes! The Side Car as a drink and it was perfect! Service was TOP TIER!

  We chose Fleming’s for our Christmas Eve dinner and, overall, had a really wonderful experience. We started the evening with drinks at the bar, and the bar service was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and well-paced. Once seated, our server was absolutely incredible. I unfortunately can’t remember her name, but she was warm, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive. She gave excellent recommendations, helped us navigate the menu, and every suggestion she made was spot on. We truly loved having her as our server. In general, the entire staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, which was especially nice to see considering it was the night before a major holiday. That positive energy really elevated the experience. The food was excellent. Our appetizer was delicious, both steaks were cooked perfectly, the sides were exactly what we were hoping for, and the wine selection was great. When things moved a little slower at times, our server proactively checked in, offered bread, refilled wine, and made sure we felt completely taken care of—never rushed, never forgotten. Dessert was the only disappointment of the evening. One dessert was very good, but the chocolate lava cake was unfortunately very overbaked. The outside was hard and dry, and the inside was fully cooked—no “lava” at all. We’ve had this dessert at Fleming’s before and know how incredible it usually is, so this felt like a one-time miss. Still, it was disappointing, especially since it was the dish I had been looking forward to most. Our server immediately offered to have it remade, but since it was getting late, she instead took it off the bill. The issue was handled professionally and graciously, though unfortunately it ended up being the last impression of an otherwise excellent meal. Overall, it was a really lovely evening with outstanding service, a welcoming atmosphere, and very good steak. We would absolutely return for the food and service—though next time, we may try dessert elsewhere afterward or explore another steakhouse just to compare. Still, a great Christmas Eve dinner and a strong dining experience.

  Unfortunately, this place has really declined. I had the Wellington bites and they were very bland. Not very good at all. Maybe that was just a preference thing. Okay. Ordered a burger and the bun was so stale it made it difficult to bite into. On my last visit which was almost a year prior we waited nearly 30 minutes for drinks. While we did not complain the water felt horrible and gave us complimentary cheesecake after letting us know that the manager Tancy doesn’t allow them to comp drinks. I wish this place would return to the good food and service it had a few years ago. It would also be nice if when you complain something was done like maybe offer me a new bun? A remake or a different dish.

  My wife went there for lunch today with her company (small company 4-6 people) and the lunch wait was 2.5 hours. That’s insane. Almost unbelievable. They only comped the desserts. What a joke

  We had a birthday party for 8 last night. Food was great, service was the worst I’ve ever had. Reservations for 6:30. Finally left at 10:30 pm. We would go 25 minutes without seeing our server who always profusely apologized every time he’d finally come to our table. Waited 20 - 30 minutes for drinks. Appetizers served without plates. Coffee served without spoons, cream/sugar. At one point we shared a single spoon. Just awful.
