  I didn't leave a rating for the food, since I didn't get any. They have the meanest, rudest people I've ever experienced working there. It was in the morning, so the Union was all but deserted. I ordered food and they immediately complained very loudly about having to make it. The woman barked my name and told me it would be 6 minutes. She said something about it had to cook (doesn't most food have to cook?) and so-and-so wasn't even there yet. Six minutes wasn't such a problem. I just don't understand why they're so angry (in retrospect, I should have asked her why). After smoke started getting noticeable pouring out of some contraption in their kitchen, I concluded that I didn't want to eat anything they would finally end up serving me, and I would just have to write off the $15 I was already forced to spend, which they kept. The companies that manage these campus dining services already have your money. They don't need to care about whether your food is any good, or if you even get any, or how you're treated in the process.

  Waited nearly an hour and never got my bagel. Also they made fun of my name . Would not recommend 👎.

  this place just sucks consistently expect to wait at least 30 minutes for your food, like any other place in the union during lunch, but these workers seem especially slow and inefficient. everytime i have ever ordered from here, i am always disappointed i got a bagel sandwich today and they didn’t toast the bagel, which seems bizarre to me. i don’t want to eat a sandwich with two dense af chewy bagels and if you ever make accommodations to your order, either by ordering at the kiosk or through the employees, they will not make it as such. the only reason i give them any stars is because they are usually nice
