- QWQuinn Williams2 days ago1.0The line wasn’t the issue because I understand the place is new. However, the service is something very manageable. I ordered two coffees through the drive through, except the payment card reader was broken so we were told to pay at the window. This was fine except that instead of normal zipper pattern, the car in front of us got to the window and somehow has yet to order — to which they proceeded to purchase about 10 drinks at the window. Instead of Dutch bros just taking our cards and bringing out our already made drinks, they let them sit inside the whole time while they made 10 drinks in front of us. The problem is, they easily could have brought us out the drinks because for 7 cars behind us, they brought out their drinks and they left the drive through line. When we finally received our drinks, we were dripping wet from conversations and the ice had melted. The broristas were unaccommodating and the experience overall left a sour taste in my mouth, as normally Dutch bros is efficient, good and has great service. Do better

Ended up accidentally ordering the wrong thing because I felt like I was being put on the spot and rushed because they have an actual person standing outside your car and staring at you while you make a choice instead of just speaking to an intercom. First sip was nasty. Second sip I started having an allergic reaction. I ended up throwing out my large blended freeze drink and getting coffee at a gas station. Just awful and disappointing.

- HMHeather McDonaldOct 30, 20255.0First of all, the vibe in the drive-thru is on point! I don't go to coffee shops often, and when I do CC's is usually my go-to. Y'ALL! I went to this place TWICE just today! This morning, I had the iced Golden Eagle and got my husband the Caramelizer freeze, both were DELICIOUS! When I went back this afternoon, I got the Hopscotch Protein Mocha hot and my daughter the iced Matcha vanilla. Again, both were so good! Can't wait to go back! Also the service at the windows is top notch and so friendly!

What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
