- EGElise Glore6 days ago5.0Leah was the sweetest and nicest employee when I visited on Sunday. I was having a horrible day and she refused to let me pay for my drink and even gave me a sticker that said "good days are calling." Along with that, she said that she would give me time if I wanted to talk about what was wrong, I declined but it was the nicest thing anyone did for me! Def improved my day.
- EBEric BlevinsFeb 24, 20262.0staff very friendly but I did not care for the coffee. The one with chocolate and macadamia nut was truly flavorless. It was bitter and didn't taste like anything it is supposed to. It didn't taste like chocolate, macadamia nut, or even like coffee very much, not sure how they accomplished that but they did. They also never mentioned the free toppings when I was ordering, as a first time visitor I did not know. I saw it on the sign at the window and decided to add whipped cream, I tried yelling at the girl making my drink 5 times to get her attention before she finished making it, the window was open and she plus a coworker were literally 4 feet from me, but the music playing inside was so loud neither one ever heard me.

- THTiffanee HartFeb 9, 20263.0Eh, Dutch Bros as a franchise is great. THIS Dutch Bros in particular is dissatisfying. I’ve tried this particular location 3 times. Every single time has been disappointing. Tonight was the nail in the coffin. Ordered a standard Golden Eagle. I asked for this drink to be upside down. The drink was handed to me incorrectly. When I asked if the drink had any caramel in it, I was looked at cluelessly and then the bottle was brought to my drinks to be added. Drink is horrible and has consistently been horrible. -10/10 would not recommend..

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
