They update the tracker despite food not being done, they ignore customers inside and run around flailing. While I was in there they had TWICE accidentally sent out the wrong orders to people of the same name. I waited 15 minutes at the counter while my order just SAT there and got cold, only to drive home and learn that they'd forgotten toppings, and barely put on ones they remembered. Go to the one on Jones Creek.
