My orders are perfect nearly every time, but the more important thing is even when there is an issue they are great at making it right. Delivery people are always so nice, I just really appreciate their great service. The pizza is always steaming hot too and fresh!
- BDBalls DeepDec 3, 20251.0Location needs a competent manager immediately. Went inside to pick-up an online order (as the drive-thru was severely backed up) and got to enjoy a complete circus. Despite it not even being that busy, the workers were running around like they had no idea what they are doing, manager was playing around and providing zero direction, and one worker who appeared to be training could not even accomplish the most basic of human tasks. I was literally shocked. If the situation wasn’t so stupid and ridiculous, it would have been funny. The only redeeming factor out of the entire establishment was the female worker cutting/boxing the pizzas. She realized the shenanigans, apologized and tried to smile. If she is smart, she will promptly quit. Until this place gets a manager that can hold the staff responsible, it’s a lost cause and would be better just to shut it down! Do NOT visit.
