  I love Chipotle, but I ordered using the app for drive thru. I never will again. You know that feeling when you run across a group of high schoolers who are making fun of you, that’s what happened. I go to the drive thru and there’s a group of employee at the window laughing while looking at me. One comes and grabs a bag and plays pretends like she hands out but doesn’t. I sit there and wait for five minutes while they just stand there and refuse to help me. One finally comes to the window and gives me my food. She was nice enough I guess. I already paid for it. Never drive though again. These girls were too immature.

  Didn’t catch the names of who helped my girlfriend and I but the servings were perfect and very good service, the two working the line today were 10/10

  We went in at 9:30pm to get bowls and they close at 10pm and they are absolutely out of everything we would get on our bowls except beans. They did not have rice, veggies, sofritas, and nothing on the topping side. I understand they close in 30 minutes but to be out of rice and have no lettuce, corn, or salsa is ridiculous. They might as well just put closing time at 9 if they aren’t going to have food to offer customers until 10pm. This happens a lot when me and my husband go in. On top of the lack of service and the employees not wanting to be there. This chipotle is so bad compared to others.

  I came here around 8:30 looking forward to my chipotle bowl. As I walked in to the store I was not greeted, instead looked at as if I was not supposed to be in the store. After that a lady standing behind the counter pouring white rice in a bowl, looked at me and walked off and another worker came up to me and said they were out of said “ white rice, and everything on the display that was not there. “ and I knew she was lying because I just seen the girl with said white rice & other toppings on the DoorDash area. I could understand if it was 9 - 10 but it was forsure 8:30 and they were 2 hours away from closing, versus another chipotle on highland that are still packed with inventory.

  Did pickup....been in line 16 minutes......sitting at window another 10 minutes...this is ridiculous!!!!! Soneone cane to ask my name....clised window and never returned. Sat and sat....another person who was making lunch bags for pickup saw me there....finally opened window and sked me my name....I told her....Imagine that...my bag was sitting there. Open my bowl and guess what....NO QUESO!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE.
