As soon as I explained my situation, the staff immediately changed their gloves, grabbed fresh ingredients from the back, and were extremely mindful about cross-contamination. They even bagged my order separately to ensure it stayed safe. It was clear that they were well-trained, attentive, and genuinely cared about my health and safety. Eating out with celiac disease can be stressful, but this team made me feel completely comfortable and taken care of. I’m incredibly grateful and will absolutely be returning! Thank you for going above and beyond!

His customer service was top tier, welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. Even that close to closing time, he still went above and beyond and made the experience really pleasant. Employees like Michael are the reason people keep coming back. The service here is WAY better than the chipotle on W State St. Give this man a raise!

They don't cook the fajitas just put raw onion and peppers instead of fajitas with too much oregono sprinkled. Give these teenagers some training.
