- MLMichael Lewis5 days ago1.0The food was good, the issue is that when I walked in they had no beef, no chicken, and no white rice. They said it would take 5 minutes to get it all up but it's been 20 and I'm still in line with about 15 people behind me. I don't know if they're short handed or just not well prepared but it's mildy infuriating whenever your hungry and all 3 of their most popular menu items are gone.

So we tried to order on the app. When they finally came to the counter they said it was too late to order now. They said now it was too late and they are done for the night. We had waited nearly 10 mins in the store trying to order. So frustrating to go to a restaurant during open hours and not get service!!!

I went an hour and a half before closing and got told they were out of essentially everything. I watched multiple people get out of line because of this. Apparently Chipotle doesn’t care about losing money all they care about is that their employees go home early everyday.
