I have worked under Chipotle for about 2 years and I am beyond upset with how they run this restaurant. From the walking through the door, you are immediately met with dirty tables, long lines, and workers scratching their faces with their gloves on. Not to mention, the chipotle hat is supposed to be worn as a protective barrier against hair in your food, however, I think counted maybe 2 people wearing their hat and having their hair correctly out of the way. After getting my food my total which was about $20, they charged me $3 for 2 vinaigrettes (every other chipotle I have been to does not charge for this). When trying to eat my food, there was no clean tables in sight, which is funny because the lobby should be cleaned every 15 minutes. I understand that it was peak hour, however, there are many other people in the back who aren’t on the line who should be able to go in the lobby and tidy it up if the cashier cannot move. Trash was piled up extremely high, drink station was dirty, and I will NOT be back. Management needs better enforcing on chipotles standards.
