  I had a wonderful experience at this location. From the moment I arrived, the first impression was excellent. Tamia, my server, was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable about the menu, and very patient while allowing me to sample several toppings. The food was delicious, and the overall experience was truly enjoyable. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this location to others. Thank you for a great experience.

  Came to cava to and got my day ruined ,I had hair in my food and when I asked to speak to a manager the store manager was very hostile ,she was rude and had a very uncaring attitude,she needs to be fired .I won't be returning to this cava until there is new management

  JOSE was PHENOMENAL , he was patient explained everything to me thoroughly made my sandwich with love and make sure I was taken care of and enjoyed my meal! Definitely love this location and the staff are very accommodating. The food was delicious. Five stars.!!! 💕💕💕💕

  Loveeee this cava on bluebonnet! The staff is always super friendly most of them remember my order and are always accommodating. The GM there is so sweet and checks on us when we walk in sometimes 💞💞 I literally drive across town for this cava 😩

  Food is what you'd expect. No issue there. If you're getting takeout, it's best to order at the store instead of the app. In my experience, service is consistently poor. Customer-facing staff are rude. They don't know how to work the cash register. It's remarkable that every time I've used a gift card, the workers don't know what to do. Recently, I was told the gift card had been depleted; doubting that, I checked the account balance and it had money remaining. I will credit the manager for giving me the bowl for free — that was nice. I could have done without being patronized while they flailed trying to figure out the gift card, especially since this has been a recurring theme at this location. Still, I came out ahead, all things considered. Nonetheless, one person should (probably) know how to use the register. The back-of-house team must not like making food — or inventory isn't done regularly — as they're often out of various items. It's Cava, so it's not like anyone expects a life-changing meal. The workers don't need to love their jobs or treat every customer as if they're the most special person to grace their store. Though I suppose it wouldn't hurt if they didn't act like you slapped them by choosing to pick up some food. Oh, well, I'll be back.
