Let me caveat this by saying yes I understand businesses close early on Christmas Eve to support staff to spend time with their families. But, when my family and I are out. Call the restaurant prior to going and are told that they will be open normal hours by the staff that answers the phone. Only to be told upon arrival that they are closing early. It does anger one to some degree. Then when requesting to speak to the management on site. To be met with attitude and have my account discredited because she wanted to state “only two people have been answering the phones.” Well ma’am clearly more than two people answer the phones when we were given the information presented to us. Also, the manager saying we have been posting it for over a two weeks out hours. I’m sorry I don’t follow BWW social media. Nor, were the adjusted times posted on the door see the image below. But, I took my family to an establishment that out right treats their customers better. J. Alexander’s more respectful staff and yes better quality dining. Did it cost more? Yes, but paying overall for a better experience is always worth it.

Received order : I was suppose to receive 10 medium buffalo wings and I received 9 with little to no sauce and was given all drums ! I am pregnant and this all I wanted safe to say this frustrated me and I couldn’t take them back to the store due to working! Please do better , I spent my hard own money here in this economy to be let down yet again .
