I went to pick up an order and was told that half of it was not available but that the store couldn't give me a refund, thus sending me to the hell of trying to call a customer service number for a refund. But also, I ordered a freshly packed quart and was given a pre-packed quart, which like - c'mon guys, you've overcharged me. The fresh pack is more expensive than the pre-pack, the difference actually matters. Extremely disappointed and hoping to get my money back soon.

I specifically ordered a polar bear cake, and what I was given looks nothing like the design advertised or shown when ordering. The face was poorly constructed, uneven, and sloppy. The frosting was messily applied, the features were misplaced, and the overall presentation looked rushed and careless. This cake was meant for a special occasion, and it was honestly embarrassing to present. What makes this more frustrating is that the reference photos clearly show a neat, well-defined design, yet what I received was nowhere close. For the price paid, I expected a reasonable level of quality and attention to detail. I would not recommend ordering a custom or character cake from this location unless you are prepared to be disappointed.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
