Luckily another employee happened to be coming back from lunch and saw them sitting outside the front door on the wet ground. It stormed only a couple of hours ago. Thankfully the bear inside the bag was dry and the chocolates had not melted but only 1 balloon remained attached. Apparently, they were delivered an hour earlier. The driver could have easily walked in the door 5 more feet and given it to a actual person. Or even put it inside the building! That's just pure laziness.
