Today I went and I felt insulted when as I was approaching a self check out machine a woman working by the machines acted like I could not read that machine before I read that it was closed. One of the reasons why I am writing this is because I feel outdone and bothered by the assuming conduct.

You cant get anyone on the phone to have the missing items delivered or refunded so you're pretty much just screwed. You get what you get basically!!
