The meals are heavy on the tater tots, but otherwise, we were very pleased. We stayed in Alligator Bayou with five people in the room. It wasn't the most spacious room, but we got exactly what we were expecting, and everything was clean and comfortable.

I responded by saying I’m sorry I thought you closed at 8:00pm. She looked at me and said “I said we are closed” she then whispered something about some girl was suppose to help her but didn’t. This was the first bad experience I have ever had at your store. She did not have to be so rude.
