  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Checkers on Plank Road. The long wait was already frustrating, but to make matters worse, the staff forgot to include all of my food even after I specifically asked about my order. I also called the same night and left a message, but never received a response. Poor customer service and lack of attention made this a very disappointing visit.

  The food and service is always good. It's the wait time. Never go there if you are in a hurry because there is always 15+/- minute wait time.

  This location needs to be closed until a more professional and competent staff can be put in place at night. Especially the so called male manager. Zero customer service, common sense or problem solving skills to be working with people.

  The customer service here is the worst, the manager worse than the employees. First they didn't give me a receipt after I paid with cash. When I questioned my total that is when a receipt was printed. I was told to pull around with no cars in line. And received food dropped down in the bag, four cheese bites. This shift was so rude me or my family won't be back to this store again.
