  The food was great and the ingredients were fresh! I loved being able to build my own bowl, and everything tasted really good. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I’ll definitely be back!

  Not only did i get no food, they forgot my pita and gave me the wrong size drink i didnt pay $20 for horrible service. yall get paid act like it. and i go back in NICELY for my pita bc i didnt realize i had the wrong size drink shes like oh can u do it to a guy who was making a order and all she was doing was laughing and talking to her coworker… to add when i came i was looked at and not helped i had to say excuse me to get them to stop talking like what are yall at work for. I guess thats what happens when you hire kids..

  When i went the lady at the register, Tamia, was super nice and very friendly it was my first time so she showed me around the menu with no problems. The other lady, Sherlyn, was also very helpful when i ask about certain food and what they taste like what and what goes best with others. The assistant general manager, Jose, was also very patient with me and all the questions i had. They made me feel very welcomed and im excited to go back!!!!

  First impressions are everything when it comes to your liking or disliking a restaurant. Cava both met and exceeded my expectations as a consumer. The restaurant was clean and organized, the staff was extremely friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious. All the choices on the menu were healthy and reasonably priced, and the portions are easily enough for 2 meals. Definitely check out this Perkins Rowe location, you wont be disappointed.

  This is honestly the worst CAVA location in Baton Rouge. I would not recommend coming here. They’re almost always out of multiple items, which defeats the whole purpose of going to CAVA in the first place. On top of that, the staff consistently has a rude, unwelcoming attitude. From the moment you walk in, it feels like you’re inconveniencing them just by being there. Customer service matters—especially in food service. If you’re getting paid to do a job, the bare minimum is treating customers with basic respect. Unfortunately, that’s not the experience here. There are much better locations in the area. I’d suggest going somewhere else.
