The sauce is thick, smooth, and perfectly balanced—not too overpowering, just the right amount of warmth and spice. The chicken itself is incredibly tender and juicy, falling off the bone with ease. Paired with rice and peas or plantains, it creates a full, satisfying plate that feels both comforting and elevated. You can tell this dish is made with care and real technique, not rushed or basic.   I have never had beef oxtails before until the Friday that passed (04/24/26). I tried the beef oxtail pasta and it was one of my favorite pasta dishes I have had. The oxtails were tender the sauce was creamy and seasoned and the pasta was cooked perfectly. I would definitely recommend as a first dish to try if it’s your first time here.

  One of my favorite appetizers is the honey pepper chicken bites with the island sauce and I LOVE the jerk salmon served with jasmine rice. I would recommend both of these heavily

  My wife and I decided to try this restaurant and was not impressed. The menu on website is inaccurate. The waiter stated certain food is only prepared on a Friday. Prices are incorrect. Waiter stated prices now are market price and all prices on menu are increased due to inflation. Some entrees we saw on website were either offered on certain days or they were completely out. My wife asked for a roll and they didn’t have rolls. Since they were out of entrees she asked for, she ordered an appetizer (honey chicken bites, fries, and a roll which they were out of rolls). I ordered lamb chops which was average and a Bob Marley drink that I couldn’t taste a bit of alcohol. This was first and last time going to this restaurant . The waiter was friendly. It wasn’t his fault the owners don’t purchase enough product to sell. I hope the owners read this and correct this because if not you will lose many customers.

  Things started off a little slow because there was only one server and there were at least 25 of us. However once the orders were taken and the drink started flowing and the food was served, the entire Vibe changed. Everything was very nice the chef and the owner came out to greet us. Our server was on point and those drinks were awesome! Definitely recommend and will return!
