Waited 25 minutes for our meals, and the buns on my burgers were burnt. Almost witnessed a fight because someone's fries were cold. Ordered a frappe before I left, and had to wait another 30 minutes for that. Frappe was half full. It was late at night and I needed to be on the road, or I'd have asked for a new one.
