  Ordered the 2 large pizza deal , a new Yorker and apple pie ,not one pizza had meat on them ,called store and sent son back they didnt refund or make ova spent almost 50 bucks , yhe girl who answered phone was rude no mo pizza hut fa us

  Each time I ordered pizza from here, it was a bad experience, so it had been at least 3 years since I ordered. So, I said to myself, "Self, let's try Pizza Hut and see if it is any better these days." I ordered the 2 for $6.99 deal and it was heavenly! The pizzas were perfect. They were hot, fresh, overloaded on toppings, everything you expect when you spend your money. So, here we are about a month later and I ordered again. Man oh man, what a difference a day makes. You know how when you refrigerate your pizza and it dries up, is hard, and maybe comes back to life when you microwave it? This is what the pizza looked like. I sent my daughter to pick them up, and sadly, she didn't look at them before leaving. It was absolutely horrifying when I lifted the lid! I called the store and asked for the manager. The young girl on the line claimed she was the manager, but then stated that she would have to talk to the store manager in order to complete my request for a refund or new pizzas. I said, "You just told me that you ARE the store manager So you are lying to me??" She never answered the question but went on to tell me that I would have to return the pizza. Meanwhile, while I was on the phone, grandkids from ages 7 to 10 had already started to devour an unguarded pizza, and came to me with complaints that the pizza did not taste good and can we get McDonald's instead. Love goes out to the Young at Heart that don't realize you had money for one or the other and the one they chose had already been paid for. I asked the girl on the other line, "Do you hear the kids complaining?" She remained quiet , with no apology, no empathy and no resolutions to my wasted funds. I hung up the phone furious, and vowed the next time I order Pizza Hut, I will drive to Zachary's location, even though it's a little farther down the road. When I lived in Zachary and ordered from that location, pizza was always fresh no matter how far apart the orders were. Don't spend your money at Baker Pizza Hut and ALWAYS look at the pizza before you take it!!

  Every time I order on DoorDash there is always something missing and do better with packaging

  Do not get the Crafted Flatzz pizza. It was horrible, tasted like card board, dry, and just no taste. Don't recommend it.
