  Dexter truly made this visit stand out. He listened carefully, caught every detail of the order instantly, and everything came out exactly right. When he delivered the food, he double checked the order with confidence and a friendly attitude. His warm manners and professionalism made the experience feel easy and welcoming. Service like this is the reason I will happily return. Every item was perfect and the customer care was outstanding.

  I ordered a Route 44 sweet tea in the app. They lady came and say they didn't have any did I want something else. I initially said no can I get a refund. They lady came back and said I would have to get refund in app. Since I didn't know how to do that nor did she. I ask for a Strawberry Limeade. I waited about 7 mins and had to push the button and the lady said ohhhh I forgot I'm sorry. After about another 9 mins I pushed the button again and ask them why is has now taken 22 mins to get a drink and the lady said again ohhh I forgot because I dont have a ticket. Im like what the funk at this point and put my car in reverse and the they finally come. Sad a funk just for a beverage. Thankfully I didn't order food.
