Ordered a cake and when I arrive at my designated pickup time I was told they did not have my cake. The worker called the manager who stated my cake was not made b/c she was out the day before. No one bothered to call me to let me know so other arrangements could have been made. The place was filthy (guess it was blessing in disguise) & the workers here are lazy and unprofessional. I will not be going back.

Came the night before to get one and got home and realized that it wasn’t packed at all just enough scoops to look like it packed. It was gone in the same night and only 2 people ate out of it and it wasn’t much at all. Came here tonight and asked for freshly packed pint again. I don’t need anyone to tell me that it would be cheaper to get one that’s already packed. Clearly I know that and money isn’t an issue. I guess she had to entertain the young guy that was in there with here because be clearly wasn’t getting anything. If I had time tonight I would have gave them some real entertainment. I would much rather drive to another location. Please hire some people who actually want to work!!!

Pulled up at about 8:45 to the light off and the two employees inside saying they were closed. Decided to call and surprisingly they answered the phone. The young man answered the phone and said “thank you for calling Baskin Robins we will be closing soon” I paused because I thought it was an automated message at first and then he said hello. I asked what time they closed and he said 9pm, I let him know that google stated that it was 10pm and they might want to have it changed. I kid you not he replied and said “well that’s the owners problem”…. I said ok and hung up. I don’t know if they close at 9 on Sundays or 10 however either way when I got there at 8:45 I should have been able to go in and order. I hung up the phone with the young man at 8:55.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
