This Wendy's is brand new and one of the worst I've ever had to deal with. Every time they have terrible service. I placed my order online so I don't have to wait when I get there. I it took me about 15 minutes to get there. The lobby door was locked even though it's supposed to be open still. So I got into the drive-thru, there was no one in front of me. I gave them my name they said pull around to the window. I got to the window they said please pull into a parking spot your order is not ready yet. They already had 15 minutes. But okay so I go and park in the parking spot 10 minutes later somebody comes over and asks my name again. He goes back inside. At this point a few people have come and ordered and they have made every car pull into a parking spot. There was six cars there waiting. I just canceled my order and left

The best Wendy’s in the entire New Orleans area. The food is always fresh and the drive thru workers are always friendly and welcoming.

The employee in the drive thru had a very bad attitude("what do u want and is that it" ) to the point my wife and I didn't want to order anything. And when we was leaving the employee was yelling curse words at us out the window as we drove by. This worst new wendy i have EVER BEEN TO AND I WILL NOT GO BACK

Absolutely horrible! The burger tastes like it was made on a burnt greasey grill, the chilli was absolutely horrible! For a just opened location, I can't see you all lasting long, my second visit and I will never visit again, two strikes is all any restaurant gets. Sad.
