- DBDonald BuckhalterDec 5, 20251.0I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app for Drive Thru pick up. I sat in the drive thru line for a good 24mins. Once I got to the payment window I asked if I can add a sandwich to my order, I was informed that I would have to drive around and get back in line or I can place another mobile order for pick up. No problem I placed a mobile order for curb side pick up so I wouldn’t have to wait in that 20-30min wait time line. I sat in my car in spot 2 for 36mins! (I timed it) waiting for my order to come out. Once I realized my order wasn’t coming out anytime soon I drove around got into the drive thru line for another 15-20mins. I got to the pick up window and told them that I had curbside pickup but no one ever brought my order out. The employee then laughed and yelled to the other employee that “Spot 2 is at the window”. The other employee came over with my order laughing and ask me “Why would you think we would come out and bring this to you car?” I told her because I placed a CURBSIDE PICKUP Order. She then slammed the window in my face and walked off. This is the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life and I have been to many States and Countries. They act like you bothering them for making them do their job. Oh and of course all of my food was cold after all that time. I couldn’t even eat it.
