  The person taking my order never paid attention to what I order then wanted to argue with me. My order was 275 she got have right, that's why I stopped going to this restaurant.

  Went thru the drive thru to order my food. Burger was pretty good I guess, but y’all refused to add ketchup and mustard to my Big Arch Burger for me and charged extra for the ketchup and mustard packets to come on the side.. and also I went inside to wash my hands and there were 50 people maybe kids idk packed in together like sardines making an absolute chaotic environment.

  Don’t waste your gas coming here. Ordered via app 1.5 hours prior to listed closing time. Arrived 20 minutes later to find the store closed.

  The workers that work in this establishment are extremely slow and they don’t pay attention to what they are doing. It’s a shame that they have the customers waiting 15 to 20 minutes to order food and to get their food ready it’s ridiculous. Bad service.

  Approximately at 8:35pm on March 1st Drive thru order.. We received someone else’s food that was not ours. We only ordered a 10 piece nugget meal Large size Large Sprite with a Oreo McFlurry. I wanted a shamrock shake but ice cream machine was down so they say. Cool! Why we received lane number 4 order when the employed told us to pull up at lane 2! We didn’t notice until we got to the room to decompress. Noe the employee gave us the Large sprite and the Oreo McFlurry before she told us to pull up to lane 2… (Sighs) we were so tired when we got to the room we laughed so hard but was pissed!!! I wanted to call and let them know so bad that they messed up!! My husband don’t trust a soul. He don’t want nobody to get mad if they remake our order because they may tamper the food!! He can’t help it help it how the world is tidy we watch too many TikTok video. But we laughed so hard because whoever was in lane 4 had the most nastiest order we have ever gotten when it came to some messing up our order! They ordered a fish fillet extra tart.. eeeeyuck! Small fy, large fry.. okay cool! The employee put a 4 piece nugget in a 6 piece nugget tray LOL oh honey mustard sauce 2 hot n spicy mix chickens with lettuce and Mac sauce! Eeeeeyuck! Oh the ticket said they should have gotten a medium Dr Pepper but we didn’t get it and I’m sure whoever got our order didn’t receive it either . LOL THIS MCDONALD IS DO UNPROFESSIONAL and ratchet. I don’t recommend at all. We stayed at the Laquinta across the way and could have easily sent it back but we ate the fries, my husband got his Large Sprite and my little cousin got her Oreo Mac flurry the rest of the order was trash!! Oh me and my cousin ate the little 4 piece nugget in the 6 piece nugget tray. And yeahhh that was about it. I’m not sure if the other party return their wrong order back but I hope they went back and received their correct order. It just wasn’t worth doing back. I didn’t even look to see if we were charged for all that food. But it’s cool we won’t be back to that although we are out of towners. We live in Florida and stay here at the Laquinta a lot we will avoid this McDonald’s I don’t care if it’s the only thing open and we are starving. I’ll do fine with drinking water.. Do better please. Hire employees that know how to properly talk on the intercom and work the drive through. Check the bags and the screen to see if everything is in the bag going to the right vehicle/ reserved lane that is numbered. .
