  Usual suspect... got the order wrong took it back still got it wrong and incomplete on top of that.

  This location is has gone down the drain. It’s obviously noticeable that the managers on duty doesn’t take pride in their shifts or the customer/customer service. I got in line tonight, line was long that wasn’t the issue. Once i ordered my food it was 10 minutes before i even got to the payment window and another 9 minutes before got to the pickup window. Go to the window received my drinks and of course told to pull up. I did of course i’m aware of speed of service. 18 min passed by on of the workers a young man walked out to give food to the car parked on the side. As he walked backed in he said ma’am you still haven’t received your food ? I replied i have not, only to sit another five minutes. When a car pulled off from the window I backed my car back to the pickup window the worker said oh it’s her the manager finally handed them my food. She didn’t acknowledge me or the issue with the apology. Of it wasn’t for rewarding my kids with what they really wanted i would’ve requested a refund but i probably would’ve had to wit forever for that. I used to give props to this location but I literally have no nice words anymore. And the Sprite issue continuously serving sprite I mean chemical sprite when it’s literally out. Owners please take a look into what’s going on at this location. This is a constant issue!!!

  Not a restaurant I typically dine at. The last time my son and I were there it took longer than expected to get our cups for our drinks and 10 nuggets and a chicken snack wrap. Also, not a great part of town in my books, but of course there are worse places to be in this area. If I could change 1 thing, it'd be that I could have a human actually take my order instead of always having to order through a kiosk.

  Paying for atmosphere not food. Food was just ok and way overpriced.
