- TRT Rene’Jan 22, 20261.0Just HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!! Visited on today in drive thru only to place an order for my fave drink “Mocha Madness”. Was instantly told that I would have to wait over 20 minutes because of a big order of students who were inside ordering drinks. I asked, Well who’s running your drive thru? And why should I have to wait 20 minutes when I am a paying cust. (at window/drive thru) I should have nothing to for with orders for walk ins.. Guy was rude & very uncaring/unprofessional and shut window to proceed with walk in orders. This is no way to treat customers & next time you have a BIG ORDER WALKIN, if you can’t handle both WALKINS & DRIVE THRU, then shut down your Drive thru until you get those orders out.. I would respect that more-so than being told I have to wait over 20 minutes due to walk-ins when drive thru is open for orders, but there’s nobody there to work drive thru orders. Make it make sense .. Better yet, DO BETTER!!

The other employees an awesome as well I have not come across an employee who was rude or unprofessional definitely a good place to get a quick pick me up!
