- LHLori HickmanJan 1, 20261.0Doordash order on New Year's Eve? I already know it's going to be hard. 1 hour and 2 dashers later and I have no food and no change in order status. I have to literally call support to get my money back. I would say this only happens on a holiday, but this also happens late at night on a normal night too. Granted, now that I think they close around 1 or 2 am? They need help, or retraining, or tell doordash that they can't take late orders. This is ridiculous considering i spent over $30 on my order, not counting dasher tip.

They do not confirm they do not make sure If I need anything else They cut you off and turn the intercom off forcing you to pull up and being that you weren’t finished with your order you have to then place the rest of the window And start the wait on cooking time all over again You’re having to wait extra longer because the lady taking your order, didn’t have time or the feel to want to properly take the order irritating This is not the second time but third time
