  We have ate a mini outback, but this was the best ever the chicken was tender and juicy. The steak was cooked perfectly Gavin our waiter took care of all of our needs and the manager. Chelsey was his kind as she could be. I suggest anyone go here.

  Extremely disappointed with our experience at Outback in Alexandria. We went Wednesday night around 8 PM, and the restaurant was relatively empty, so there was really no excuse for how things went. We waited over 10 minutes before our waitress even came to the table, and then another 40 minutes for our food. When it finally arrived, it was barely warm. My burger was wrong; it had mustard on it (which I didn’t ask for and isn’t on the menu), and it wasn’t cooked right. I ordered no pink, but there were still spots that clearly were. At that point, I was so hungry I just scraped the mustard off and tried to eat it. I asked the guy who brought out the food if he could bring me ranch—he said “sure”… and then nothing. After waiting about 10 minutes, our waitress finally came by, so I asked her for ranch AND for the dessert that was supposed to come with our 3-course meal. Another 12 minutes later she showed up with the smallest piece of dessert… still no ranch. We had to track her down just to get a refill. There was little to no follow-up, no urgency, and it honestly felt like we were an inconvenience just for being there. To top it all off, when we went to pay, there was a $10 charge on our bill for someone else’s items, so we had to wait even longer for that to be corrected. Overall, the service was slow, inattentive, and frustrating from start to finish, especially for a night when the restaurant wasn’t even busy. Between the cold, incorrect food, poor service, and billing issues, it was a complete letdown. Definitely not worth the time or money, and we won’t be going back anytime soon.

  We always have a great experience here! Only one complaint. Why, why, why would they take away the salted caramel skillet cookie?? It was so good! We sometimes would visit the restaurant just for that. Otherwise, great service, great food. And Peyton the bartender is the BEST!!!

  First the service was absolutely awesome. They were kind, respectfully, and attentive, especially our server. If she notice one of our cups even half empty she was rushing to bring us more. I wish I could remember her name to giver a shout out. Now the cook on the other hand sent my food out wrong three times. The third time I just dealt with it. He sent two of my daughters out wrong he did correct that with one try. Granted we went on valentines day so they were real busy. The atmosphere was great. Calming and relaxing. There was a very rude customer throwing a fit at the table next to me. Which I was not really bothered by, yet I did feel bad for the waitress. Now why my stars are low is because later that night I ended up in the hospital. That is where I found out I had food poison. That was the only thing I ate that day. I've called them and they told me they left my name and number for the manager. Yet I haven't heard from anyone. It has honestly ruined my love for outback. We had 7 people with us. Our ticket was nearly $300 if not more. For 4 of us to end up in the hospital. All of us who had steak got sick.
