  We just ordered the 19.95 special we got pepperoni pizza and it was awful very and I mean very little sauce on the pizza crust the service was terrible rude unprofessional even for fast food plus the person who prepared the food had no gloves on completely against food and health department requirements I will contact the Louisiana Health Department in this matter

  The guys in here are absolutely amazing. The call center messed up my order and when I got there they made sure my order was fixed quickly and perfectly. And before I could even get out the car to go pick it up he had already brought it out to us. They were very friendly and fast and they got everything right. And this was after a Mardi gras parade and I didnt even have to wait longer than 13 minutes. I was very happy with the service and the care of this team. Thanks guys yall we're great.

  Placed an order at 6:10PM via the app with an estimated delivery time around 6:40PM. My order stayed in the prep status until around 8:10PM. I finally received my order at 8:35PM in the hotel lobby because the driver refused to deliver to the room. Tried to call the store multiple times and no one would answer the phone. The delivery location is approximately a ten minute drive from the store. The lack of communication and setting up false delivery time expectations is completely unacceptable. If the location is under staffed, limit the orders it can accept.

  There will be no more Domino's for me. It is too bad of an operation. I tried to give it another shot, but it was another disappointment. There are times where we have to excuse how busy food companies get. It can be difficult with getting employees together, moving forward, and executing. For years, even with my experience, there is no training and or appropriate communication. This business will never be supported again by me. This is what happened yesterday: 1:19pm - called to an automated AI in which I was transferred to a call center. 1:26pm - order was finally placed and or confirmed on the phone. I was told my food would arrive between 1:54pm to 2:08pm. I'm not nitpicking about the EXACT time. 2:30pm - no order. I figured the company was busy. 2:45pm - no order. I contacted the store and was told my order would be out soon. 2:59pm - I finally got my food. It was dry, cold, and my soda was hot. No more Domino's.......ever. Not even if offered to me. I also want to inform my reader to ONLY PAY WITH CASH. If you pay with a card, they will figure "we have their money lets make them last place" if it comes to delivery. I'm done with Domino's...the business, the operation, and the service are less than unacceptable.
