  We were waiting in our car for our pizza to be made. The tracking app never moved past preparation the entire time. We ended up waiting longer than we needed to because we didn't know they were ready to pick up.

  There will be no more Domino's for me. It is too bad of an operation. I tried to give it another shot, but it was another disappointment. There are times where we have to excuse how busy food companies get. It can be difficult with getting employees together, moving forward, and executing. For years, even with my experience, there is no training and or appropriate communication. This business will never be supported again by me. This is what happened yesterday: 1:19pm - called to an automated AI in which I was transferred to a call center. 1:26pm - order was finally placed and or confirmed on the phone. I was told my food would arrive between 1:54pm to 2:08pm. I'm not nitpicking about the EXACT time. 2:30pm - no order. I figured the company was busy. 2:45pm - no order. I contacted the store and was told my order would be out soon. 2:59pm - I finally got my food. It was dry, cold, and my soda was hot. No more Domino's.......ever. Not even if offered to me. I also want to inform my reader to ONLY PAY WITH CASH. If you pay with a card, they will figure "we have their money lets make them last place" if it comes to delivery. I'm done with Domino's...the business, the operation, and the service are less than unacceptable.

  Now I am believing that I will get my credit issue correct when ever my overly pushing due to short staff team return.but I have to say cause I replaced the order and adding some more items but my credit didn't be placed on my account they had to take the money back cause no communication throughout the team that he made an extra blanket for nothing to come back to my house I didn't want him to have to do so play I'm assuming his delivery got a little bit more speedier but I returned the money back with him cuz I wanted the credit to get my double meat back on my pizza like it was supposed to but overall this Pizza Hut location has been awesome since I had to move in this area here everything is awesome well that's why I didn't really trip about it last night about to order me messed up because hey I know even the good father Domino's I'm sorry it's a very very great place to order him because I mean they are friendly they bring the food hot and ready no mess ups no take backs but hey but I'm not trippin I mean that the overall teams that I've had to encounter with they have been awesome and also the online part of the tracking department is is awesome I have no problems. Whatsoever they follow directions as well so I mean I would recommend this fight again it just just I just am and I wanted to write the story even though I put that bad review of the low I had to say something instead of putting a review like a number or whatever I want to read them all five star because I mean even though one messed up you know mistake is shouldn't you know ruin all their great company and they are great great team members that are here near me so thanks to the team last night young lady you really handled it I'm pretty sure that we'll fix it here after a while or whatever great teamwork I mean you guys kept a smile you were very very polite on the phone you're very very knowledgeable I really appreciate it I'm sorry

  Absolutely HORRENDOUS experience. These people don't understand what "extra sauce" means. Not only that, but if you order "extra sauce", you actually get ZERO SAUCE. So. Just be aware that your specific instructions, the very instructions that may make the pizza edible to you, will go completely ignored. Oh and if you call and complain, they'll just ignore you. Would've been fine if they just took accountability and fixed the order. But instead they'll just ignore you. Do with this information what you will. Good luck.
