  It’s sad that every time you go to place an order they’re always trying to add stuff to your order and it ain’t even something that you won’t, And then when you tell him to take it off that you didn’t order that the lady in the drive-through in order to take your order once I have an attitude saying they thought I wanted that !! Then when you roll up you to the window she got a whole attitude !!!!

  They completely messed up my order. Instead of paying attention, they were too busy talking. When I asked for a refund, they didn’t want to give it to me just because it was a $5 meal. On the phone, they only told me to bring my receipt—they never said I had to bring the food back. I called multiple times, and they ignored my calls until the last minute.

  Supposed to be 24 hours yet no one answered me when I pulled up to order. When I drive to the window the short woman with glasses looked dead at me and grabbed fry cartons and walked away without answering me…… out even attempting to. Rude as hell and needs to be corrected immediately
