- HCHautè CarsApr 14, 20261.0Not a Franchise. They do not have mashed potatoes and charge Heavily for extra sauce. I mapped this out of my way, terribly disappointing. Become a franchise, carry the things people expect.
- TLtim laBartheApr 2, 20265.0First time at the restaurant. My son had the " Bo Bites" and I had 2 breakfast biscuits. Food was hot and served quickly. The Manager of Operations was going table to table making sure all guest were satisfied. Excellent work. We will be back.

The workers were so friendly and helpful here and Jamie offered my friend a chicken biscuit to try since it was his first time there. The food was fabulous but it was the service of Jamie and the others that blew us away. Later found out manager on duty was named Andy. Thanks Jamie and Andy!! Yall run an amazing store experience. We will definitely be back.
- KKKyleMar 27, 20261.0Albany's newest embaressment. Management can never order soft drink syrup to have them available. Ask for a lemonade, get rung up for a tea. Tell them I don't want, need, or drink iced tea. Get told I have to pay the difference. Would have, but the attitude it was delivered with, and the fact that I didnt want lemonade, I wanted pepsi, and here I am, already selecting something I don't really want, being forced to pay more, and still getting the wrong item. Ownership better tighten up or they'll got the way of every other restraunt in town - Out of Business. If you want terrible service, you can go across the street and get some there.
