  Expérience très décevante, et probablement la dernière pour moi. J’ai commandé un menu Best Of, mais le sandwich comportait une erreur d’ingrédients : la tomate était absente. Je suis retourné au comptoir pour le faire corriger. Le sandwich m’a été rendu avec la tomate, mais cette fois presque tout le reste avait été retiré. J’ai donc finalement rendu l’ensemble du menu et demandé un remboursement. Ce qui est particulièrement regrettable, c’est l’absence totale d’excuses ou de considération de la part du ou des managers. Au-delà de l’erreur initiale, c’est surtout la gestion de la situation et le manque de sens du service client qui rendent cette expérience particulièrement désagréable.

  I thought this was supposed to be fast food? Everytime I go there the wait is always at least 30-40 minutes and the food is never cooked all the way or hot. So what exactly is the point of making me wait for that long? And worst part is 99% of the time during night drive thru hours, the workers aren’t doing anything. They’re just standing there or wiping down stuff. This is not the time to be wiping down stuff when you have a line wrapped around the building.

  I really enjoy eating at the McDonald’s at this location. The food is always hot and fresh. No excessive wait times when picking up a mobile order. Very convenient with every friendly employees. I recommend eating here if you looking for a quick bite to eat.
