- CFChris FuquaOct 17, 20251.0I went to this SUBWAY AT THE ABBEVILLE LOUISIANA NEXT TO SUPER 1 location and was told by the manager and EMPLOYEES THERE THAT THEY don’t do custom orders. I explained exactly what I wanted, but THEY refused to MAKE IT and said they only make sandwiches as listed on the menu. When I said I would call corporate number to file a complaint, all the employees said have a NICE DAY. Subway’s entire brand is based on letting customers build their own sandwiches, so this policy and attitude make no sense. Poor management and customer service. SO IF YOU DONT WANT A CUSTOM SANDWICH DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN FOR THAT REASON.
