Meanwhile everyone else gets their order while I have to sit and wait for a good 20+ mins. We had to go in and get it. And they GAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE AND HAD TO REMAKE IT! This is unacceptable and absolutely ridiculous. You shouldn’t prioritize your drive thru time over timely service.
