  How do you get 2 orders together...but totally forget one of them? And based on these reviews, you probably need to clean out the whole house. Get some workers that can take simple orders and instructions (as that is their job..) Please and thank you..👎

  i’m the only car in line they tell me to wait to order then when i get up to the window there’s like 5 of them standing there drinking ice coffee when i only ordered 3 mcchickens i’ve worked at a mcdonald’s before it doesn’t take 20 minutes to make them even at 1 in the morning

  Went through the drive thru and the employee was so rude gave us the wrong order and when I corrected her she got an attitude. I've worked with people before and if I was as rude as they were I would of been fired no questions asked. Do train your people better.

  We travel I-75 sevrial times a year past Williamsburg, Ky. Decided to stop at the McDonald's in Williamsburg on 12-21-2025 at 2:10 pm. We ordered one Quater Pounder and a Chesburger meal. Had to pull forward and waited 12 minutes on our food, hello!! YOU stop at McDonald's for speed. No sorry it took so long from the employee! We got back on I-75 north bound and started to eat our meal. My Quater Pounder was cold and the bund was flaky, not fresh. My wife ate one cheese burger and open the second one. Big surprise!! The cheese burger must have been left over from the noon lunch hour. The total burger was hard, bun, meat and cheese. So pass on this McDonald's in Williamsburg, KY if you don't want to wait and want food that you can eat. Poor, Poor service, politeness and food. PS, NO NAPKINS IN THE BAG!!

  The worst McDinive ever been to in my life. They forgot a large portion of what I ordered which isn't even the bad part. When I told them I was missing a bunch of stuff they treated me like a THIEF and told me I must be mistaken because it wasn't on the screen. Luckit I used a code on the app and could pull up the order history. Meanwhile it was $30 and all they gave me were two happy meals. The manager of the store told me I was wrong that it must not have been ordered to begin with. Thinking that when I showed him the receipt that maybe the attitude would change and I'd get my food.. NOPE. He got even more disrespectful and hateful towards me as the customer. This guy is not management material at all. We had to pull up because all this took about 25 minutes at the pickup window. My wife went in to get the food and some sauce they had also left out. He continued to belittle and treat customers like trash. My wife asked what was going on in there and how did the stuff get so mixed up and he told her "Were hiring" of you can do it better. Manager said this! Don't go here!
