Food had hair in it!!! What do they stand over the food and brush their hair. They also made the wrong sandwich. Highly recommended not to eat here.

I went through earlier in the week, debated on leaving a review but after talking with a friend who had a similar experience this week i thought its deserved. The blond woman working the drive through displayed terrible customer service. She didnt offer my receipt after payment which isn't that big of an ordeal, until you realize you have food missing. One of my fries was missing out of the order so I went into the lobby to get the rest of my order. The only grace I'll offer is there were 2 cars in the drive through and a couple in lobby. Anyone who lives local knows that's a lot of business for that building so I understand if they were panicked to have to deal with more than one order at a time. When I approached the counter the drive through worker (who looked dressed as a manager. No name badge though so who could know) was bagging. I said "excuse me",very politely mind you, just to be ignored by this woman. She took the bag and stayed at the drive through window throughout the rest of my interaction. The poor boy working the register came by to assist me. I explained the situation to him and he was very friendly and didnt hesitate to fix my issue. There was no hold on fries (none downed either) so either the issue was she forgot my fries and didnt care to correct her blunder and let someone else do it or she didnt want to make it up to save time and send the bag out. Either way unacceptable behavior especially if that was the on duty manager. Food wasn't bad though, the cook and the register worker don't deserve a shitty review

08/24/25 around 8pm - I wish I had caught the name of the young man at the counter—he was exceptionally polite, helpful, and engaging, with a genuine smile. He clearly took pride in doing a great job, and that level of service truly stood out. Experiences like this are rare in fast food today, and it’s the reason this Arby’s has earned a 5-star review from me.
