- JSJason Strickland1 day ago1.0Worst experience I've ever seen in food service! I was told delivery would take 45min to 1hr 15min. That's fine. 1hr 30min later I call, the lady says it's just going in the oven. The driver had 1 delivery before me. 1! I told her if it was gonna be over 2+ hours then she should have told me that on the phone I could of picked it up. I used to deliver pizza and that's what we did at a different store. Be transparent with your customer. She hung the phone up on me. Pathetic. Being "busy" is completely understandable. Not even being remotely close with the estimated time is ridiculous and her professionalism is none existent

Was threatened, screamed at and was called several inappropriate names in front of about a dozen people and while my 8 yo daughter watched from the car. For canceling an order they hadn't even started. The old man yelled and screamed like a teenager that got her phone taken away. It was truly unbelievable.

Ever wonder why you ain’t getting any tips? Can’t even rate the food bc by the time you get it you won’t want it. This exact scenario has happend 5 diffrent times.
