  I normally have great service here. There is one woman who is normally taking orders and making drinks- she is always great, fast, friendly and provides excellent customer service. I recently went to Wendy’s drive thru in Walton and the older woman working with pulled back gray hair was very rude and unprofessional. It is not appropriate to cut off a customer when speaking, especially when the customer is asking a question while being respectful. I purchased four separate meals for four individuals. I was given three ranch. I asked for an extra two ranches and she looked at me like I had no right to ask for extra ranch. If there’s policy that you must pay for extra ranch, I completely understand that, however, she should not have presented with a rude manner. I should receive one ranch per meal. The most appropriate action is to professionally listen and explain policy before rolling your eyes. Once driving away, she then began complaining about how I asked for extra ranch and so on. Very unprofessional to negatively talk about a customer. If she doesn’t enjoy her job, maybe she should move on.

  Young guy working the sandwich station got upset and started being disrespectful because he didn't make my daughter's food correct the first time and I had him make it the way I ordered and paid for it.

  Paid $0.30 extra for a medium fry the container was have full wasn't even warm also got a cup of chili and half of it was just red greasy juice. Have been there for 5 times since it open and will never go back.
