  My husband got severe food poisoning from this location on 3/23/26! The fish sandwich or the cheeseburger he ate caused it. Staff was friendly except for the 2 employees smoking right outside the doors, building looks clean and newer but we will never be back. More training for the cook staff is needed. I would recommend avoiding this location and picking a different fast food in the area. Let’s see how long it takes for this review to be wiped from Google reviews. 0/10 for this one.

  Food is great, bathrooms are clean, but service could always be better. Drive thru wait time okay, but the counter time is absolutely horrible, i ordered 2 big macs at the counter 1 for me and 1 for my friend. But it took them 15 mins for my sandwhiches, nearly made me late for work. The Mcdonalds in Crittenden is way better for their counter service.

  Ever since new ownership took over this is by far the WORST McDonald's in Nky area. Always super slow and food is wrong/old/ put together real sloppy. Really wish Groen never sold this one.

  I come every other morning to get breakfast, and I don’t normally get orange juice. But I asked a lady with a brown pony tail handing me my food in the morning shift about the size of my medium, and the attitude is disgusting. Did not have to be rude, all I did was ask if it was a medium cup. I work is fast food my self. Please be kinder.
