It probably was out from early that morning. On the plus side, there was an issue with my reward points being applied for to my drink. However, when I asked for Mgr assistance, Kennedy was supportive and resolved the issue satisfactory.
- DRDawn ReynoldsJul 13, 20255.0Super clean, friendly staff, well stocked and staffed. We walked in because the drive thru was backed up but they seem to be a really well oiled machine. They got the line down without any hassle and seemed to do so with no problems all while maintaining a calm demeanor and taking care of the guests coming in the front door and the pick up orders. I purchased one of the new fraps they have, I believe it was a cookie dough… it was delicious 🤤 the donuts I ordered for my son even though it was between breakfast and lunch time, were still very fresh and I appreciate that sooo much! We like to stop in every now and randomly as a treat. He can’t have ice cream so donuts are his substitute. Thank you for making this a good experience! You guys rocked it out!! Nice to see that these days. It seems to be getting fewer and farther between to find great places like this.

When I asked about the same, they said it’s the portion etc etc. And the person was rude while asking questions. Hope Dunkin will improve their standards in quantity of beveragesz
