  Brittney the manager was extremely rude she handed out food that was cross contaminated putting mozzarella sticks with dessert items cold fish sandwich extremely cold fries! Was so rude they didn’t even hand out our drinks and when we said something about the cold food she said she was calling her general manager to tell them her side of the story but here the side that matters you all passed out food that was extremely cold would not replace it after spending over $20 at your establishment! The level of respect towards customers in my experience is none existent Brittney as a leader to those younger employees should be fired she was so rude and when all she needed to do was replace our messed up order and hand us our drinks but instead they did not and now we are out food and $20 so I write this review in your parking lot saying this is the worse experience I ever had with Arby’s!!!! Brittney needs to be fired

  Why am I still waiting for my food!? I ordered online, came through the drive thru and am still waiting. Now that I got my food I cant get into it because you all sealed the bag and the straw holes on the cups!!! Seriously what is wrong with this company!? Do you not want me to enjoy my food? Why make it so difficult to put a straw into my lid!? Also I wasnt given any straws!! SERIOUSLY!!? get your stuff together!!

  The food was great. Hit the spot. All the tables where dirty so we had to kinda clean one before we sat down.
