  I visited this location on Saturday and had a very disappointing experience. My total was $18.45, and I paid with $20.50. The drive-thru employee appeared confused, and after two employees used a calculator, I was given only $1.50 in change, which was incorrect. When the same employee attempted to hand me my food, she dropped it on the ground outside. She then looked out the window and told me she couldn’t reach it and asked me to pick it up myself. I informed her that I was not willing to eat food that had been dropped on the ground. She appeared frustrated and asked me to pull forward. I went inside, and it took a significant amount of time for my food to be remade. I asked to speak with a manager, but she did not seem concerned about either the incorrect change or the dropped food. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of professionalism and concern was unacceptable. Taco Bell needs to do better.

  Not the worst taco bell I've eaten at but far from the best. Most of the time the food looks like it was assembled by being thrown at a countertop from 5ft away. They also tend to put far fewer fillings and toppings in than other taco Bell's.

  This location is always out of something or just not ready to serve something. They are always unprepared for the day no matter what time you go. If it’s not a basic menu item they probably don’t have it ready to serve. Rice and potatoes are the big items I’ve seen that are never available. The trip today is the 3rd time I’ve been told their rice wasn’t ready. Not only that but the drinks are always flat and just terrible. We won’t gets drinks at this location for that reason. Not to mention the service is normally very slow Jo matter what is ordered.

  Here as usual are my smashed tacos with about half a teaspoon of meat. The management needs to do their job. They won't answer the phone.
