If it’s not a basic menu item they probably don’t have it ready to serve. Rice and potatoes are the big items I’ve seen that are never available. The trip today is the 3rd time I’ve been told their rice wasn’t ready. Not only that but the drinks are always flat and just terrible. We won’t gets drinks at this location for that reason. Not to mention the service is normally very slow Jo matter what is ordered.

The first time about 6-7 months ago my kids went during the day and the lady at the drive thru tried to steal $50 from them. The manager had to get involved and it was an ordeal but they did get their money back and nothing happened to the employee. I get it we all make mistakes but this was not a mistake and was someone trying to take advantage of younger adults! This time we went and the guy working the drive thru was incredibly rude and rushed us along when there was no one in the drive thru behind us he must have wanted a break or something but this guy should not be at the drive thru! He tried to hand me two of the drinks with the lids not on them and soda all over the side he didn’t even try to clean them off just tried to hand them to me. The orders were wrong, I ordered beef and got chicken. The tacos had been sitting a while and looked like they just pulled the lettuce off them. All around bad experience! I get it shit happens it just sucks that this is the only Taco Bell in town and the service is the way it is! More training would be beneficial for the kid working the drive thru.
