  They can be a little slow at times but they are definitely improving from what wait times were a year ago. Staff is friendlier as well!!

  I want to give a big shout out to the gentleman that was working tonight. I didn’t get his name but he wears a beanie, this was dine in. My mother drove a hour to come see me and us have dinner together. My mother does not drink pop and loves McDonald’s sweet tea. I ask the first guy at the register to get her the tea and he said they had no tea. Very strange, but mom dealt with it. Before we left I was like maybe they have some now and I went to ask again. The guy with the beanie was very nice. Explained sometimes they run out but he would check for me. I went outside to ask my mom if she still wanted the tea and I assume a manager was in the car smoking a cigarette by my moms and she spoke up assuming she heard me talking and she said they have no tea. Surprisingly the guy with the beanie came out and said they didn’t have sweet tea but had just enough unsweet left in the barrel of unsweetened and they had sugar packets I was like yes I’ll take it! This is what customer service is, and i appreciate his effort. I mean we got a number and was seated and they did not bring our food to us either but when a bus of kids came in they brought food to the table in the back that had a number also. On top of the fact yesterday I had a mobile order with a plain ice cream in a cup and was told at the speaker they had no ice cream and could do cookies. Then I get to the second window and nothing was said and an ice cream in a cup was given to me. What sense. But total should out to the one employee that went above and beyond. I have been a manager for 7 years at another location and this is what a good employee is and he deserves a raise.

  Mcdonalds, what do you expect. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Burger and fries have so much additive that there's very little real meat and potatoes in them. Fast and hot.
