There have been far too many times where the food either isn’t checked or the employees just don’t care. I ordered the Buffalo chicken pasta and waited over 30 minutes for it to get done when the time tracker said it would only take 15 minutes. I picked it up at the window and take it home to eat when it was finally done. I don’t remember the name of the guy that fixed my order but it was after 8:15pm when I got it and took it home. This is what I got. It was so burnt that I couldn’t even scrape it off the pan. I called to talk to a manager and she said they wouldn’t delivery me a new one and I would have to drive all the way back to them to get a replacement. Her excuse for the “quality” of my food was that “they were really busy”. I’m sorry, you are paid to do a job and part of that job is “quality check” so your customers aren’t getting burnt food. I highly recommend all of the employees are retrained in what “quality check” means and make sure the food is of a “quality” they would eat themselves. It would be really nice if the general manager was actually reading these complaints and doing something about their people not caring.

Nick brought out my order. The pizza and cheese bread were hot and he apologized and offered a 2 liter for out inconvenience. I appreciate his gesture and his attention to customer service.
