However today they only had one order taker out in the lanes switching from car to car. This order taker was too busy yelling back to the employee inside to take orders promptly. By the time she got to our vehicle she completely skipped us and went on the back of the line. Multiple girls were standing inside the store not making drinks but chatting. When we tried to get her attention to let her know we had not ordered yet she ignored us and shrugged it off. We did drive off and did not order
- BZB ZOct 18, 20251.0I stop here normally twice a week on my way to work, this morning I stopped service was slow but that was okay. The employee took my order and the machine froze. I politely told her to take her time and I wasn’t in a hurry. As she walked off she stated “don’t worry I will” while laughing. Then I could hear her inside the doorway loudly saying “I love when customers tell me to take my time” followed by “now that you said that we will” left me confused as I genuinely just wasn’t in a rush and work retail and know how others can be. Won’t go back to this location
