  Lid wasn't on all the way.... spilled all over my car and kid. Asked the guy for some napkins and he only gave me 2 😐 then went on to helping others ... Wish I didn't leave a tip, and will think hard about it next time. We ordered 3 drinks all tasted good just half of my daughters was spilled

  Should have looked at the reviews before coming so many 1 star reviews it's not even funny but I'd call it 7pumps everything is nothing but syrup I decided to give this place a second chance and that was a mistake the first time I got a "lemonade" it most definitely wasn't a lemonade it was nothing but water sugar and syrup a LOT of syrup tonight I decided I'll give it another shot after waiting behind one truck for 15mins because the girl was flirting with the guys in the truck I would try a plain vanilla milkshake shouldn't be any syrup in that...well I was very wrong it was literally separated from the milk shake the taste was horrible I couldn't even finish it then about 20mins after I get sick! I will definitely never be back!

  I’m giving this location 2 stars because, to be fair, my drink ended up tasting good. Unfortunately, the service and management were extremely disappointing. While I was waiting, I noticed a young woman—who I believe was named Alyssa and appeared to be in charge—treating one of her employees very poorly. When my medium iced decaf oat milk half-sweet blondie was made, I asked if it had oat milk just to be sure. She said she would check, and it turned out the drink had been made incorrectly. To be fair, my order was a bit more complicated than a standard drink, so a small mistake like that was understandable since the place was very busy at the time. However, the way she handled it was not. Instead of responding professionally, she became openly hostile toward the employee. She raised her voice, spoke down to her, and said things like “you’re better than that,” while also complaining that the mistake was ruining her bonus. The tone was harsh, disrespectful, and honestly uncomfortable to witness. It felt less like a manager correcting a mistake and more like someone taking out frustration on a subordinate. It was completely unprofessional and left a really bad impression. Mistakes happen, but the way she handled it was unacceptable. I don’t feel comfortable supporting a place where employees are treated like that, and I won’t be returning.
