  I go here pretty frequently but the other day I opened my bag and the apple I bought was moldy and rotten! So gross and really unfortunate because I was getting this for a friend. I’m not sure how someone didn’t notice this before putting it in the bag. Really nasty. My humus wrap tasted weird too and it’s always really good. Not sure if it was a new employee or what, but this was really upsetting for me because the apple was rotten and molding right next to my other food.

  1st time at this location. Won’t be back. I went in to get a blueberry Bliss smoothie. I wanted to get Splenda instead of regular sugar and I was charged $.50 for it which I’m not sure why since I was just switching it out, and not adding anything. When I walked in I had no greeting. I was just stared at by the cashier. I had to say I would like a blueberry Bliss smoothie to which she did not reply. She did not say a word to me the entire transaction. Then when she was making my smoothie it took a long time and she kept adding more liquid from a pump to it, and when she gave it to me, it was not mixed, so there was liquid surrounding the clumps of fruit. The smoothie was hard to drink and had zero flavor to it, and was more like an icy rather than a smoothie. I didn’t end up finishing it. $8 for a smoothie that tastes horrible is ridiculous. I reached out to customer service to which they replied that I was charged for Splenda since she added it, not substituted. So my request was ignored and I was charged extra. This also means they gave me a smoothie with way more calories than expected and they gave it to me with regular sugar which I can’t have, and then charged me for Splenda in addition. This is a problem for so many reasons. When I again notified customer service, they did nothing but say that they will let the manager know and something about “how much they care about customer experience”. False. I will never return again, honestly. Smoothie King is way better.
