I arrived in 15 minutes when they said it would be done and my name was on the screen for not ready for another 10 minutes. I waited then when my name came up the person behind the counter pulled a pizza out that was sitting in a warming bag!!! It definitely wasn't a hand tossed crust, more like super thin, soggy, not done inside and even the cheese was hardly melted. Very disappointed.
